Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry or using an event tool does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Logical Bartender reviews availability and the complete requirements before issuing a quotation. No invented or automatic package prices are displayed.
Booking agreement
Your quotation and written agreement will specify services, inclusions, responsibilities, payment schedule and any applicable cancellation or change terms. A booking is confirmed only when Logical Bartender explicitly confirms it after the agreed requirements are met.
Payments
Online payment collection is not enabled. Do not treat an enquiry acknowledgement as a payment receipt or confirmation. Any deposit and remaining balance will be agreed directly before payment is requested.
Alcohol and products
Alcohol-related services are for adults aged 18 and over and are subject to appropriate licensing and age checks. Online alcohol checkout is disabled. Premix requests are enquiries only and do not create a sale or promise of supply.
Recipes and estimates
Recipes are guidance for home preparation. Check ingredients, allergens and labels; use clean equipment and measured quantities. Substitutions change flavour and strength. Batch quantities exclude ice dilution unless stated. No shelf life is guaranteed by a calculator.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate event information and tell us about venue rules, access and any relevant requirements. All service responsibilities must be agreed in writing.
