Member accounts and activity
On sign-in we assign a membership ID and record your account name, email, sign-in session count, last login and last activity. Within the Mixology Lab we record visits, recipe views, favourites and cocktails you mark as made. Only you and the authorised founder can access your private membership records. We use this to deliver membership features and administer access; security administration supports our legitimate interests. Guest browsing does not create a membership record.
Membership welcome email
We send an account welcome email containing your member ID and included benefits using Resend. Resend receives your delivery address and message to send this email. No marketing subscription is created.
Member retention and requests
Individual Lab activity events are retained for up to 90 days; expired session records are removed after one day during subsequent member activity. Your membership record, saved cocktails and progress are retained while you use the membership. Contact ashlonrodrigues93@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, including if you no longer need the account. Suspended memberships keep their history so access can be restored.
Who handles your information
Logical Bartender, operated by Ashlon Rodrigues, uses your information to respond to enquiries and plan agreed services. Contact ashlonrodrigues93@gmail.com about privacy or your data.
Information we collect
Enquiry forms collect your name, contact details, event date, guest numbers, location and the requirements you choose to share. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Premix enquiries also record the requested items and your age declaration.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to deliver agreed services. Security and abuse-prevention processing supports our legitimate interest in operating this service safely. Marketing is not enabled by submitting a form.
Booking email alerts
When an enquiry is saved, Resend sends the founder a notification containing the enquiry reference and a dashboard link. Guest contact details and message content are not included in this alert.
Storage and sharing
Information is stored with our website hosting and storage providers, including Sites and Cloudflare, and is available to the authorised owner. If you choose WhatsApp, Instagram or email, that provider also handles your message under its own policies. Service providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable transfer arrangements.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we handle your request and for as long as needed for agreed services, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. Contact us to ask about the retention period for your record or request deletion of an enquiry that is no longer needed.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and may object to processing where applicable. Contact us first, or raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Device storage
Home-bar selections, Lab ratings and recent activity are kept on your device. Member favourites are stored with your account until removed or you request deletion. See our Cookie Policy. Free member access uses ChatGPT sign-in. We receive your site-specific identifier and account email to provide access and store favourites; this is necessary to deliver the membership you request. Online payments remain disabled.
